During the last 13 years serving as Vice President and Associate General Counsel for a public homebuilder, Melisa Boross Konderik has worked on every stage of residential development including: drafting & negotiating underlying Purchase Sale Agreements, oversight of due diligence preparation, title commitment review & objection, transactional support through Close of Escrow, governmental approvals, land development & vertical construction subcontracts, and community governing documents for HOA and amenity programming.
